Meet the founder
Binder Civic Solutions was founded by Natalie Binder a public-serving operations leader with more than 20 years experience supporting community organizations and nonprofits. With a background in public library leadership, operations management, disaster relief, and Gulf Coast stewardship, Binder helps mission-driven organizations improve systems, prepare for challenges, and better serve their communities.
Her background spans public library administration, nonprofit operations, disaster recovery, environmental stewardship, volunteer engagement, and public programming. Drawing on experience across Florida's Gulf Coast and beyond, Natalie helps organizations solve operational challenges with practical, sustainable solutions.
