Every organization has different needs. Services may be provided through leadership office hours, hourly consulting, fixed-scope projects, interim or fractional operation support, or retainer agreements. Contact BCS to discuss your goals and receive a customized estimate.
On-site services may include additional travel and related expenses. Disaster preparedness, response, and recovery services are offered at specialized rates and may have limited availability during hurricane season (Jun-Nov).
